2) Informational Nature of the Service

MedExplainer provides AI-generated explanations of medical information submitted by users. The Service:

  • Does not diagnose medical conditions.
  • Does not prescribe medications or treatments.
  • Does not replace professional medical consultation.
  • Is not intended for emergency use.

Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3) No Emergency Use

The Service must not be used for urgent or emergency medical situations. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

4) Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users aged 16+. It is not designed for or directed to children.

If a parent or legal guardian uses the Service to enter information about a minor, the parent/guardian is responsible for supervising such use.

5) User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
  • You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6) AI Limitations

Responses are generated automatically using AI technology. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You accept that outputs are informational and not clinically validated.

7) Intellectual Property

The MedExplainer name, branding, and software are the intellectual property of MEDEXPLAINER. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

8) Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEDEXPLAINER shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
